Signing up for my class is like signing up for a playdate—with heavy weights. Expect fun, playful energy, great music, and encouragement to lift heavier, even if it’s just for two reps. I love combining traditional strength movements with creative twists to keep things engaging. My journey includes years of skiing, yoga, and overcoming chronic back pain—now I’m my RDL is 70 pounds in each hand. I love lat-focused work, strong pulls, and finishing class with a satisfying spinal twist.
